I just started - and finished - my first new book in like 3 or 4 months (I've reread a couple of Paula Quinn's novels and that's been basically it since June-ish, sad isn't it???) and it felt wonderful to get lost in the world of Julia Quinn!!! Her latest, Mr. Cavendish, I Presume was a tremendous read, very refreshing!!! Made me long for England's countryside, though
I will say that it very much adds to her release earlier this year, The Lost Duke of Wyndham. She simply amazes me as a writer!!!
I also have Lisa Kleypas' and Mary Balogh's newest releases, but don't know when I'll get started on them. I have a couple of flights coming up in the next few weeks, so maybe I can read then!!!
Happy reading everyone and I sure miss all of you. Just when I think life can't get any more hectic, it does. And I honestly have no idea when things will slow down for me. But it's been an amazing ride, even with all the obstacles I've encountered this past month or so. Just know that I do think of all of you often and I promise I'm going to be a "regular" member again just as soon as I can!!!!
