I can't go the the chatroom by the link in the old post either, so Lynda sent me a fresh one in an email. It looks the same, but it works while the other one doesn't. CHAT ROOM PARTIES
HERE'S AN ANCHORED PLACE TO POST PARTY AND SPECIAL EVENT ANNOUNCEMENTS IN THE CHATROOM. BE SURE TO POST THE DATE AND EXACT TIME, REGIONALLY AND COUNTRY SPECIFIC, SO THOSE WHO LIVE IN OTHER COUNTRIES CAN ACCURATELY DETERMINE WHEN THE EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE IN THEIR TIME ZONES. FOR EXAMPLE: Wine Tasting Party, Tuesday, April 27th, 5 P.M, Pacific Daylight Savings Time, U.S.A. That way, someone in Australia or Germany can attend the party, too.
I will endeavor to keep this Announcement BB updated so it doesn't become a monster with old events cluttering up the board.
