I received a flood of entries for the July contest to nominate your favorite Catherine Anderson hero, and a significant number of entries for the August contest to nominate your favorite Catherine Anderson heroine. Making those decisions isn't easy. There are so many incredible entries. My readers like contests that encourage them to participate. I've got that. Okay. Let's do it again.
Who is your favorite secondary character? Which character I've written about, who is not either the hero or the heroine, stands out in your memory long after you finished the book? Why? It it a continuing character who has made appearances in several books, or someone who showed up just once, but left an indelible impression on you?
And I know someone will ask me this question: Yes, you can nominate an animal. After all, Goliath received a nomination for the Favorite Hero contest!
The prize, again, is an autographed book and a basket of goodies including but not limited to Godiva chocolates, a candle, and bath goodies. Isn't that worth taking five minutes to send in an entry? Your nomination, with an explanation of why you are voting for this particular character, should be sent to me at my personal e-mail address, which can be found in the Letters on this website. Please mark your submission, "Contest Entry."
Someone's going to win. How about you?
