LAST EDITED ON Jan-30-08 AT 01:42 PM (EST) Hi Pauline,I checked the polls and read your post just now(i know, this post has been almost a year!). Anyway, about suddenly crying, laughing, or making faces while reading: My family(except my mom), especially my brothers, thought i was going mental, too! But, later on, they got used to it. My brothers never really got the hang of it though! There was actually this one time that I came home from school looking crestfallen, then, a little over an hour later I was sobbing. My 23-year-old brother Seth came to sit by my bed looking concerned and, not noticing the book on my hand, asked if something(or someone) was bothering me at school. I looked at him as if he'd grown two heads and wanted to laugh but then i didn't want to offend him because he looked so serious and concerned, so i end up telling him that, crazy as it may sound, i was crying because i was feeling very sorry for the hero on the book that i was reading. After telling him that, he was one who looked appalled and then barked with laughter, and we ended up laughing at each other! Silly! Btw, i noticed that you don't post much anymore. Hope you can sometime soon. "True beauty springs from the heart and dwells in the eyes.." -Mr. Gimble of Something Wonderful |
