In this section, any kind of sauce recipe is welcome, from tomato based to caramel based. I enjoyed a fabulous brandy sauce on bread pudding once while in Australia. I think it may have been an Irish recipe. Yum! Maybe someone on our board has something similar. And what is your favorite Alfredo sauce recipe? The packets to make Alfredo are now nearly two dollars each, so I've started making my own. Cheese sauce, anyone? Let's have lots of fun with this section. I can't wait to see what you gals come up with for me to try.This is also the place for marinade recipes. My nephew by marriage, a wonderful guy named David, whipped up a fabulous steak marinade here at the ridge over Memorial Day weekend. He promised to send it to me and hasn't, probably because I forgot to email him for it. As soon as I get it, I'll post it here. My son had a couple of great marinades that he uses for chicken when he goes camping. He tosses the chicken and marinade in gallon bags before he leaves, and then he can barbecue, straight from the cooler and impress everyone at his table. I'll pick his brain. Catherine Anderson
