Betty, Stacie, Kitrina, Karla and Debbie: I hope I spelled that third name correctly. It gets difficult, trying to remember several, and once I start to post, I can't go back to check. Anyway, thanks, and thanks again, for all the enthusiasm about my books to you ladies who wrote to say how much you enjoy my work. For Betty, who's been going through a difficult time, I'm so glad to hear that things are getting just a little easier. And, Karla, I do remember you. You're the one who wrote to tell me one of my books helped keep you sane when your son was so sick, both at home, and during a stay at the hospital. Right? I'm sorry to hear it has been such a rough year, but glad to hear there were good moments. Come over to the bulletin board. You'll find lots of friends there who enjoy sharing both heartaches and joys. It would be nice if you joined us.
The best to everyone!

Catherine, your books are wonderful. I have only read two so far but intend to read more. I was at the library picking out a couple of books to read and found one of yours, needless to say when i returned it I found myself searching the shelves for more written by you. They are truely beautiful.

Catherine,
It's been a while since I've had a chance to check out your website.I
almost feel like I've missed so much. I don't know if you remember me,but my son had the heart transplant last year.It was a year on January 28th. We have had a good and bad year.
He's been in and out of the hospital and there were times I felt like going crazy, but reading helps me get away from my
self for a while.I can't wait for your new book to
come out,I read them as soon as I get them.I just
wanted to thank you for
your wonderful stories and for the help they have been to me.
Thank you again,Karla

Betty, somehow I missed your message about your brother. I am so very sorry about your loss, and my thoughts are with you. It's always difficult after a death in the family--so much to do, and one's mind is always numb with shock as decisions must be made. Please know my prayers are with you, and that I'll look forward to your having happier days ahead. Don't worry about showing up on the bb until you're ready. We'll still be there, happy to see you back.

Catherine,
Hello. I just had to write to tell you this. I am so excited! :0) I ordered some of your out of print books earlier this week, and I received Coming Up Roses today. I can't wait to read it! :0) It looks wonderful. Thanks again for your great books. As you can see, I am still here and not on the BB. Still working on it. I hope everything is going well with Hank. :0) Have a great weekend.

Hi Catherine - I'm sooo
happy with your news
can't imagine getting 3
new grandchildren at one
time - how exciting!!!
I'm sorry that I haven't
been on the web this week
but my brother (there were only the two of us)
passed away and his only
child lives in Indiana
sooo it has been up to me
to take care of everything. Sooo hard
I am hoping that she will
be able to fly out of
In. tomorrow a m. (pray)
and get here in time for
the service I have planned on Sat. a m. It
is terrible to only have
two people in the whole
world. I'm better now
that all the arrangements
have been made and am
just waiting to get the
service over with and
get back to my life as
it was before I had to
place him in a health
care facility the first
of Jan. went out there
nearly everyday - a very
heart breaking thing and
I know that his is in a
Better Place than he was
here. Just wanted to let
you know why I haven't
been on the web in a few
but will be better now.

Joanne, I'm fairly sure the reason you can't post on the BB is because of a setting on your security program. When I first got the board, I had trouble, too. Write an email to Cissy. She owns Writerspace, and she may be able to help you figure it out. On many of the pages on this site, you'll see a link to her somewhere on the page, usually at the bottom. She's a wonderful lady. Don't be afraid of her. She's also the person who monitors my BB, so it's her job to help when problems occur.
If you can't get it fixed, continue to post here. No one minds. We'd rather see messages here than not get to communicate with you at all. Right, everyone?

Hello. Nice to meet you. And all of you, by the way.
I still have not been able to figure out how to post on the BB (not yet, anyway.)
I wanted to see if you still had the extra copy of Cheyenne Amber that you could part with. (I know by now you may have had interested people, or maybe even donated it to your library.) I just sent you an email, but remembered what you said about it being down for a while. So I wrote you here. :0) I would be interested in your copy of Cheyenne Amber, if it is still avaiable. Thank you

Debbie, Joanne, and my dear friend, Betty. First of all, let me say I'm sorry to hear you've been sick, Betty! I'm glad you're better now, and I'm hoping to be better soon myself. Now, on to book talk. Yes, Debbie, I have considered doing a book about someone with a sight impairment. :) And, Joanne, again my apologies about the delay in publication of ONLY BY YOUR TOUCH. I can't recall what the scheduling glitch was, only that it occurred, and the date for publication was moved forward to April.
Now, I'm out of here. I'm trying to work today, "try" being the operative word. I'm on such strong medication that it's difficult to concentrate. I'll be so glad when I'm well again.

Unfortunately, I am still waiting to meet mine. :0) I was so disappointed to find that your newest book will not be released until April-I have been counting the months until February (which was the date posted in your previous book). I've just finished "Always in My Heart", the 1st of your books I've read. I loved it! I really like the acknowledgement to your son, John. My daughter is going to college to be a wildlife biologist & she loved it, too. It was so refreshing to read about people who face real life problems like the loss of their son. I lost my brother to a hunting accident when he was 16, and I was 15. Have you written any books with blind people in them? My son, who is 13, has been losing his vision since the age of 7. Thanks for the great book!

Just dropping in to thank all of you for the lovely messages. Jennine--hope I have that spelled right--if you're searching for my out-of-print books, as many have, keep an eye out on the Net where they sell used books, and don't pay exorbitant prices.
