"Jude Deveraux"

Hi, I have discovered Jude Deveraux. I am reading The Mulberry Tree atm and can't put it down. Have read the covers of a lot of her others books and can't wait to read more... Also am starting to get a good collection of Katherines books and am waiting to get a copy of Phantom Waltz and to read my way through as was suggested to me... Have become a big fan of ebay re: "books"... Would hate to added up the cost of books that I have brought since discovering the joys of ebay since January this year... Take Care Lee

Hi Lee...I also go to alot of used book stores and if you have a list of books you are looking for I'd be glad to look for you too!

I have only 'listened' to one Jude Deveraux book (on audio tape) Legend and it was good. I do have a few more here to listen to and look forward to them.

Hi Leanne -
I've read almost all of Jude Deveraux's books. First Impressions is in my TBR pile. If you do look for more of her books try Summerhouse or Sweet Liar. Both are very good. Let me know what you think.

Leeanne,

Jude Deveraux has written some of the best romances out there. I love her older books. Her new ones don't have that much romance as they used to so I find I like the older ones better.

Anyway, enjoy! Look for the older ones. You will love them!

I love Jude Deveraux's books...mostly because she got me hooked on romance!! I have every single one of her books, and will never part with them. I do agree though, that her older ones were THE BEST! My favorite...The Invitation. Great short story!

I used to read Jude Deveraux all the time. I also like her older ones best. She had a series about the Montomery's. Gavin, Raine, Stephen (maybe), and one more. Were they called "Highland...(something)?? It's been years since I read them. Has anyone read the series?

I read her books along time ago...Didn't she write a series about a family in the south?? I think one of the titles was River Lady...I don't really like her newer books but maybe I'll look for the other series...Gotta be a bunch at the usb...I think a knight in shinig armor was JD...a time travel book...Can't be sure though...

It's probably been 20 years since I read anything by Jude Deveraux.
I think romance was still in the 'bodice ripper' era when last I read one of her books and I gave up on romance novels for a long time. Perhaps I should try one of her current stories,

Hey leeanne, Jude Deveraux's Legend was the first romance book that I ever read and that got me hooked for good. she is a wonderful writer and her stories make you feel like you right there with the characters. May I suggest that if you haven't already done so read that book. It grips you from beging to end.
